Yes, it does, and my blogging has been very inconsistent. I’m still not ready to give up on my goal because I think I have potential, but I’ve got to get past this bad habit.
Twenty-one days to make a habit, right? Isn’t that the norm? Surely I can do this for twenty-one days in a row, and then have it become my “normal”.
I have discovered that I am not an evening blogger. I work best in the morning, early morning (5am-8am) and so I have changed my reminder to blog in the morning. We’ll see how that goes. I’ll have the energy boost from working out so my brain will be fully ready to engage in writing. The house is quiet until around 9 a.m. which helps. I do have a door on my office but the dogs are in here with me most days, and they enjoy rough-housing during “quiet time”.
That said, I’ll see you in the morning bright and early. Have a great night and don’t give up when you don’t make “goal” immediately. We just have to reprogram our thought process.
My weight loss coach friend (Carla) says that weight loss begins in your mind not on your plate. That is SO true.
